How great to meet the dancemusic and DJ legend Darude, Ville Virtanen. Really great guy. Part of the magic of the Slush music. Had an awesome 25 min talk with him – and again after his Slush afterparty performance. Learnt a lot. He’s very down to earth. Doesn’t make a too big a number of himself. Also a lot of his past career and future plans. 
I also very interestingly learnt that his interested about China. Darude hasn’t made it yet big in China. It has always been some hassle about arrangements or last minute changes. No wonder why his managers haven’t been willing to push for China. Don’t wonder why if Bon Jovi also got their gig cancelled – just 2 days before the event some time ago. 

Everything is possible – and everything is difficult in China.
I make a bet we might do something interesting with Darude in China in the upcoming year. Will keep you updated when things proceed.

All in all, awesome guy, great music and also my personal dance music and music tech inspiration, great guy, Ville Virtanen. Thank you for one more awesome personal Slush memory. 👍
